Five Things you didn't know about running shoes

" If the shoe fits, wear it! " - it means if there's anything that fits you, make you feel comfort with, whether it's yr job, relationship, or new poped interests, just go get them!

1. Expensive isn't always better.

2. Early history about the Nike Air and the fact that, purchasing the wrong shoe can result in injury.

3. Begin with knowing your foot type? What's yr foot type?

The answer is to do a "wet test", by doing that, you step on a piece of brown paper and trace your footprint.

· If it shows the entire sole of your foot with little to no curve on the inside, it means you have low arches or flat feet and tend toward over-pronation (your feet roll inward).

· If the print shows only a portion of your forefoot and heel with a narrow connection, you have high arches and tend to under-pronate (your feet roll outward).

· You have a neutral arch if your footprint has a distinct curve along the inside.

4. Shopping tips:

You should be able to freely wiggle all of your toes when fitting into an athletic shoe. Bring yr old pair of running shoes with you; a knowledgeable salesperson can examine the way they're worn to see how your feet function and to determine which shoes might be right for you.

5. Out with the old:

Get rid of the workout shoes at least every 400 miles.
